If you're ok with low (256x192) and medium resolution (320x240), you can watch the movies on the site through streaming video, but if you want the highest quality (448x336 resolution) you have to download the full MPG file, which is typically around 40 Mb. As long as your Internet connection can handle it, I do recommend it since the video quality is awesome!
